The Korea-America Finance Association (KAFA) FIN (Female Initiative Network) represents a dynamic and progressive platform dedicated to empowering female professionals in the finance industry. With a mission to foster a supportive community that encourages the growth, development, and success of women in finance, the KAFA FIN serves as a bridge between Korea and America. Through networking events, educational workshops, and mentorship programs, the FIN aims to facilitate knowledge sharing, promote leadership opportunities, and enhance the visibility of women in the finance sector. As a part of the broader Korea-America Finance Association, the FIN underscores the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the global finance community, striving to create an environment where women can thrive and contribute to the industry's evolution.

KAFA Women’s Chapter - 2024

From this year, KAFA is launching the Women's Chapter (KAFAWC) to foster networking and collaboration among female researchers in finance. As part of this initiative, we are hosting the first KAFAWC dinner at the FMA conference. We warmly welcome all women, including both current and prospective KAFA members, to participate in this networking event.
